By accessing or using Indian Gourmet (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By placing an order you represent that all information you provide is accurate.

You sign in using a third-party identity provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for keeping that account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these terms.

• All product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer.
• Prices and availability shown reflect our best information at the time but may change without notice. We'll confirm the final price when your order is accepted.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or product unavailability. Any payment captured for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

Perishable items, opened packages, and personal-care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. For other items, contact support@indiangourmet.com within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate someone else's rights.
• Probe, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Resell items purchased from us without our written permission.
• Submit false or misleading information when ordering.

All content on the Service (logos, product photos, copy, code) is owned by Indian Gourmet or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal shopping only.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the content is always free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indian Gourmet's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these terms — material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
